MGC: Generic Magical Girl

So I've decided to take a stab at Ruby's 31 Day Magical Girl Challenge, because I have no self control I like having lots of projects.
I can guarantee right now I won't get it done in 31 days, as I go back up to school on Friday weeping all the way and then I've got twelve hours of 'boot camp' for all next week. _halp
So here's the first prompt, generic magical girl.

I figured there is nothing more generic than a magical girl with pink, pigtails, and love/friendship related powers.
